This month we have been learning about giving. Students have random acts of kindness challenges each day. We have decorated and given a Christmas tree to a local charity, written notes to teachers and today we wanted to put a visual to our learning.
The Mannequin Challenge is a viral Internet video trend where people remain frozen in action like mannequins while a moving camera films them. To apply our character learning with giving this month we did a mannequin challenge in the classroom. Students watched a couple mannequin challenges. Ellen at White House, Texas A & M Gymnastic Team and
Ms. Miller Fourth Grade Class in Western KS They then listed ways to demonstrate giving. Students worked together to create poses and plan props. I hope you enjoy it!
