We have been learning about fractions in math groups. We have used fraction charts and fraction circles as tools during this unit. We have learned about equivalent fractions, adding fractions, subtracting fractions, multiplying fractions and comparing fractions in math. Students will have the unit test on Feb. 20th. The test will include these concepts:
Recognize the parts of a fraction.
Recognize that fractions are parts of a whole.
Represent fractions with models.
Compare and order fractions, including mixed numbers.
Determine if fractions are equivalent.
Add, subtract and multiply fractions.
