Multiplication

Tomorrow we will have our unit test on multiplication.  We have worked on estimating to check for reasonableness of answers as well as covered rectangle, expanded form, all-partials, and compact (traditional) multiplication.  These steps demonstrate for students how place value is used in multiplication.  Here is a video on rectangle method.  Keep working on those math facts.  Mastery and fluency in the facts increases accuracy with multiple digit multiplication.  Enjoy
