What a perfect week to be reviewing weather. Yesterday, it was unseasonably warm. Today, it is cold and windy. Miss Laudan planned a lesson today for integrating science, social studies and language arts. Students looked at maps to explore different climates and then discussed how climate and weather are different. Weather is our daily measurements; the reports from the weather stations. Climate is the average weather pattern of an area over many years. Ask your student about climate and weather tonight and bundle up for our expected climate of cold weather this weekend.
