We are reviewing strategies for comprehension this semester. Today we watched a Patricia Polacco story. You can find it here. Making connections help with understanding and remembering what is read. An excellent site to practice these skills is Into the Book. We have learned about all of the strategies so your student should be able to use any of these strategies.
