West kicked off our Club's Choice fundraiser on Monday, October 1. Sales will run through October 15. Please have all money and order forms turned into the office no later than October 15.
This has been a highly successful fundraiser for our school in the past. With these funds, we have purchased numerous items for students including, but not limited to, laptop computers, iPads, our large playground structure, picnic tables, soccer goals, Guided Reading books, and much more! Our goal is to meet or exceed what we raised last year, which was over $10,000! This money will be used to buy additional iPads for students.
The top five sellers will receive gift cards from Wal-Mart. The class with the greatest participation and the class with the most in sales will win a classroom pizza party.
Please remember to collect payment at the time of sale. You may also ask friends and family to order online at
www.clubschoicefundraising.com. Click on the "Order Online" link at the top of the page. Our school code is WES100. Don't forget to add the "Seller’s Name:" so the child gets credit for the order. Frozen food may not be ordered online. Feel free to share this with anyone who would be willing to order and support our school.
Pick-up night for all items will be Tuesday, November 13 from 5-6:30pm. This will be curbside pick-up in the West parking lot, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, pick-up will be in the building.
