Life Map

Students will write many passages in fourth grade. To help generate a list of possible topics, we are creating a life map. Please help your student complete this project at home. It should be returned Monday, August 29th. Students should include 2 important events from each year of their life. Things to think about include: 

• moves you have made—from one house to another or one school  to another
• friends you have made
• pets
• the birth of brothers and sisters
• a time when you got hurt
• a time when you won something
• a special birthday
• a divorce in the family
• a time when you did something embarrassing
• an unexpected death in the family or in the neighborhood
• a fun vacation or trip
• something that happened to you during a sport or a game
• anything else that is meaningful to you that you want to share
