Kylee Update

For those of you who want to know what the diagnosis was; the unofficial
diagnosis is inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor. It is noncancerous. It is exceptionally rare in children Kylee’s age, especially in that location (just beneath the vocal cords.) She is scheduled for a bronchialscope on Dec. 8th at Children’s Mercy to check the heeling of her windpipe and to insure the growth isn’t growing back. (It should not.) If all goes well, they are planning on removing the trach! Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
