We Are Up To Some...Thing!
Today we started writing our compound word stories. In class we read "Once There Was A Bull (frog)" and made a list of compound words specific to a setting. The students are now writing a story using compound words. These stories will be published in Scribble Press on the iPads. This is one of my favorite writing activities (although the kids tell me I say that often) during the year. Enjoy the pictures of our hard work today!
